People ask, “where do you buy your animals from?” Most of my collection was purchased over the Internet through various “forums/message boards“, a few from the local pet store (lps). With the Internet today, it so much easier to collect a wider variety of different species then decades ago when I was a kid. You go to the lps and what they had is what you got. I bout my very fist tarantula about 30 years ago. It was a Mexican Red Knee (B. smithi), one of the most popular tarantulas back then.
